* 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
* 2 c. granulated sugar
* 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
* 4 eggs
* 1 tsp. vanilla extract
* 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
* 1/4 tsp. salt
* 1 (7-1/2-ounce) jar marshmallow creme
FROSTING
* 3/4 c. (1-1/2 sticks) butter, softened
* 1/4 c. peanut butter
* 1 tsp. vanilla extract
* 1 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, flour, and salt; mix well. Spread batter evenly in baking dish.
3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. While hot, spread evenly with marshmallow creme. Let cool.
4. In a medium bowl, mix Frosting ingredients until smooth. Spread evenly over top of cake.
