* 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix
* 3 c. chopped leftover roasted turkey
* 1 c. KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
* 1/2 c. chopped red peppers
* 2 eggs, beaten
* 2 Tbsp. butter, divided
* 12 savory butter dinner rolls, split
* 1 jar (12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle Roasted Turkey Gravy, warmed
1. PREPARE stuffing in large bowl as directed on package. Add turkey, cheese, peppers and eggs; mix just until blended.
2. SHAPE into 24 patties, using about 3 Tbsp. stuffing mixture for each patty.
3. MELT 1 Tbsp. butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add 12 patties; cook 5 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining butter and turkey patties.
4. PLACE roll halves, cut sides up, on platter; top with turkey patties. Drizzle with gravy, adding about 1 Tbsp. to each.
