* 1 lb. beef T-bone steak, cut 1-in. thick
* 1 tsp. steak seasoning
Wasabi Sauce:
* 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
* 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
* 1 1/2 tsp. wasabi paste
* 1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
1. Combine Wasabi Sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Press steak seasoning evenly onto beef steak. Place steak on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 14-16 min. (over medium heat on preheated gas grill, covered, 15-19 min.) for medium-rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness, turning occasionally.
3. Remove bone; carve steak crosswise into slices. Serve with Wasabi sauce.
