Wisconsin Cheddar and Apple Fondue

What you need:
* 1/4 c. flour
* 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
* 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
* 2 c. apple cider
* 16 oz. Wisconsin cheddar cold pack cheese
* seedless grapes, pears, apples, melon chunks, cubed pound cake
What to do:
1. In a medium saucepan, stir together flour, nutmeg and cinnamon; gradually add apple cider. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese pack until smooth; transfer to fondue pot. Serve with assorted fruits or pound cake cubes.
