Convenient Chopped Salad

What you need:
* 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
* 1 5-8 oz. pkg mixed leafy greens (about 4 c.)
* 1/2 c. chopped, grilled chicken
* 1/2 c. low-moisture, part-skim mozzarella cheese, cubed in 1/4" pieces
* 1 c. chopped tomato
* 1/2 c. chopped sweet red or green pepper, mushroom and/or avocado
* 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
* 2 Tbsp. reduced fat real bacon bits
* reduced-fat salad dressing of your choice
What to do:
1. In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients. Top will favorite low-fat dressing, once in individual bowls.

* Nutrional analysis is based without salad dressing , using red pepper, green pepper, mushroom and avocado.
