Fluffy Fruit Dip

| 1/3 c. apricot preserves or orange marmalade |
| 8 oz. sour cream |
| 1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts |
| 2-3 Tbsp. milk |
| assorted fruit dippers |
| assorted Wisconsin cheeses, cut up |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine preserves or marmalade, sour cream, and walnuts. Add enough milk to make a dipping consistency. Cover; chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hr. to allow flavors to blend. Serve with fruits and cheeses.
