Pesto Pasta Salad

1 pkg. (8 oz.) rotini pasta |
3/4 c. Classico® Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce & Spread |
1 can (3.8 oz.) sliced ripe olives,drained |
1/2 c. chopped roasted red peppers |
1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese |
1/2 c. chopped walnuts, toasted |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta al dente according to pkg. instructions. Rinse well and drain.
2. In a large bowl, mix together cooked pasta and Pesto Sauce until well coated. Stir in olives, peppers and cheese. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hr. Sprinkle with toasted walnuts and serve chilled.
* TIP: If desired, substitute Classico® Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce & Spread with Classico® Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce & Spread.
