Teriyaki Tuna

4 tuna steaks (6 oz. ea.) |

Marinade: |
4 Tbsp. soy sauce |
1/4 c. light brown sugar |
4 Tbsp. dry sherry |
2-in. piece root ginger, peeled and grated |
Directions:
1. Preheat the grill
2. Place the marinade ingredients in a saucepan. Stir and heat gently until the sugar has dissolved. Set aside to cool.
3. Place the steaks in a shallow dish and pour over the marinade. Cover and leave in a cool place for 30 min .
4. Cook the steaks for 5-6 min., turning once and basting with any remaining marinade. Serve with stir-fry vegetables and noodles.
