Apple Cider Vinaigrette Dressing

2 c. fresh apple cider |
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper |
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar |
1/4 tsp. salt |
sprinkle of ground clove to taste |
1/4 tsp. cinnamon |
1/4 c. sugar |
1-1/4 c. vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients (except oil) until sugar is dissolved. Add oil and mix well.
Recipe will refrigerate up to 1 week.
