Buffalo Chicken Dip

18 oz. bag Mission® Brown Bag White Tortilla Strips |
8 oz. cream cheese, softened |
12 oz. chicken, white-meat, cooked, shredded |
3/4 c. ranch dressing |
1/2 c. Buffalo wing sauce |
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded |
1/2 c. blue cheese, crumbled |
as needed Buffalo wing sauce |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
2. Spread cream cheese into an ungreased shallow 1 quart baking dish. Layer with chicken, wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese then blue cheese crumbles. Drizzle with additional wing sauce.
3. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla strips.
Hint: Use this dip as enchilada filling, or as part of a build your own burrito bar!
