White Christmas Pizza

1 frozen, pre-baked pizza crust, thawed (12 in.) |
1 Tbsp. butter |
1-1/2 c. (12 oz.) Wisconsin Ricotta cheese |
1/4 c. (1 oz.) crumbled Wisconsin Gorgonzola cheese |
2 Tbsp. grated Wisconsin Romano cheese |
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed |
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed |
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Wisconsin mozzarella cheese |
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Wisconsin Fontinella cheese |
1/2 c. diced tomato |
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley |
2 thin prosciutto slices, diced |
Directions:
1. Spread crust with butter; toast under broiler. Set aside.
2. Combine Gorgonzola, Romano, basil and oregano; mix well. Spread over crust; top with remaining cheeses. Bake at 450° F for 5 to 8 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with remaining ingredients.
Variation: Substitute ham for Prosciutto.
