Wisconsin Cheddar and Apple Fondue

1/4 c. flour |
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg |
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon |
2 c. apple cider |
16 oz. Wisconsin cheddar cold pack cheese |
seedless grapes, pears, apples, melon chunks, cubed pound cake |
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, stir together flour, nutmeg and cinnamon; gradually add apple cider. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese pack until smooth; transfer to fondue pot. Serve with assorted fruits or pound cake cubes.
